Monday Gina K posted the Sketch Challenge over on Stamp TV. I had sooo much going on this last week that I didn't have time to get mine posted for Monday. Soooo.... as promised.... here is MY version of the sketch.
I used Pure Luxury Heavy Base Weight Lemon Drop as my card base. I layered it with Passionate Pink and a layer of Lovely Lavender which I embossed with my Seeing Spots Cuttlebug folder.
My flowers were colored with Glimmer Mist and I stamped my sentiment then used a flower punch to add to the center. I colored the edges with some Tim Holtz Distress Ink, Tattered Rose and Milled Lavender. My image was stamped and colored with Copic markers. I added a little flocking to my chickies using the Quickie Glue Pen. Then I popped them up on the flower using Pop Dots for added dimension. A layered ribbon finished off my card.
