My dear friend Jessica's daughter, Ashley, was baptized last week at their church. I am so proud of her faith in God and I wanted to send her a special little congratulations card. I used my InStyle Stamps, "Drea". She was perfect for little Ashley. I colored her with my Copic markers and I added a small silver cording to hang a cute little cross charm for Ashley to keep as a reminder of a her special day.
I also decided to do Ashley's card in red, white and blue and hope that not only was it her decision to follow God, but also a wonderful tribute to America that we have the freedom to choose our faith. I am so blessed to have such wonderful friends like Jessica and I thank all those wonderful soldiers who fight for our right to be free and believe in our religious preferences.
God bless you and keep you, Ashley. You are on your way to being a wonderful young woman and I know God will hold you close watch over you in all your choices.
