Hope is Faith Blog Hop

Feelings of Hope
Gina challenged the CenterStage Spotlight team to make a card with the new Hope is Faith stamp set using the photo above for inspiration. Check out Gina's blog for all the details on this special stamp set.
For my first card, I pretty much stayed with the colors of the photo. I colored my butterfly with my Copic markers and cut it out then mounted just the middle part and folded his wings upward. My DP is from the Sugar Rush pack. My next card I strayed from the orange and focused on the greenery in the picture. My DP is from the Origins paper pack. Again.. I colored with Copic markers. The butterfly was cut out and mounted in the same fashion as my first card. On my last card I again repeated with the orange but wanted to mount my butterfly so that it "appeared" as though he was carrying the heart/hope thru the sky. I loved the cloudy DP I found in the Cosmo Nutmeg pack and couldn't resist having him fly thru the sky. *smile*
Now, stop by these designer's participating in the hop tonight:
Tina Gilliland (You're here!)
Enjoy the hop!! Signature
