Any Occassion Card...

Today I wanted to do a card that could easily convert to any occasion or... simply be used as a "note card". I think this design would be perfect for a set of cards to give as a nice boxed up gift. I started with Gina K's, "Tropical Windows" and stamped in Versamark then heat embossed in black. My image was stamped on Alpine Aster from the Glimmer line at the Paper Temptress. I also used the new White Pearl Linen as my background panel which I embossed using my Swiss Dots folder and Cuttlebug. I wish you could see this in real life.. it's so shimmery and elegant. My base card stock is from Gina K's Pure Luxury Card Stock, Vibrant Violet. On the inside of my card I simply used another piece of the Alpine Aster and a few punched swirls leaving it without a sentiment. This way... I can either stamp a quick sentiment inside if I want or... leave it as a clean and simple slate to write a note on. I think anyone would love receiving a clean and simple designed set of cards for their own private stash. Have a great day!! *smile*
