Gina K January Previews Day 4!!

We're on a  roll with Gina K Designs and the fun is just getting started!!!  The Release Party is tonight over on Stamp TV at 7:00 PM CST and I know you won't want to miss out on the extra added inspiration from the Design Team!!  I sure don't!  Today we are previewing the last of the sets which will be available in the Gina K Designs store at 10:00 PM CST after the Release Party!  Remember... you'll be able to see the FULL REVEALS of each set at the party, so don't miss it!!  Now on to more new fun!

Introducing Nina Brackett's, "Gleefully Yours"!!

I have been waiting and waiting for a grand piano!!! I was sooooooo excited when Nina shared this set with us!  My son has played piano for 8 years and we have a baby grand that is not only beautiful but when he plays, I'm just in heaven!!  Of course our piano is black but... this last summer our daughter began piano lessons as well.  So... I HAD to make a "duet" of pianos representing both kids.  Ha!

I began my base with Pure Luxury Heavy Base Weight white card stock.  I added a layer of Black Onyx and then some Innocent Pink.  My pianos were stamped and cut out then mounted on some Layering Weight white and I added a few self-adhesive rhinestones to the musical scale which I colored using my Copic markers.
For my second card I decided to do a "note card".  There are often times when I want to send a small note to their piano teacher (they both share the same teacher) and she loves getting my cards I thought again, the piano was a perfect fit.  I used the silver Metallic card stock for the base and added a bit of Black Onyx to layer.  My image was stamped using Memento ink and my sentiment is from another of Nina's sets, "Lovely Labels 2"

Check out the rest of the Design Team's samples...
See you tonight at the party, right??!!! *smile*

Ok you have me picturing a fabulous hot pink baby grand and all i can think is I wonder if they really make them because when I finally get mine (always said one day I'm going to buy myself a baby grand to play on instead of my electronic piano although it is wonderful and sounds great it's just not a baby grand!!) that is the colour I would just love to have. Everyone that has one (except maybe Elton John) has a black one right???!!!
That CAS on the second card is just fantastic I bet the teacher is going to love it!!!
