Whisper Soft...
I love these dandelion puffy stamps Gina K is giving away FREE when you buy three other sets from her store called, Many Wishes. They are so soft looking no matter what color you do them in.
In this card I used Gina's Poppin Pastel technique that she demonstrated on StampTV yesterday. (OH and about yesterday... sorry I missed posting. It was a busy day for me and I kept thinking... "I'll do that next"... but "next" never came!) It seemed the colors really DID pop on these dandelions using that technique.
My DP is from Nina Brackett's "Bug me Anytime" digital paper pack.

Very pretty card Tina. I love the soft colors you used. I had a very similar idea for the popping pastels, great minds think alike.
