Num Num Num….

Sorry my post is so late today… we had bad thunderstorms all night long and we lost power for I don’t know how long.  I was TRYING to sleep.  But nevertheless, I’m here!!!

 

OMGosh I LOVE puppies!!!!  This adorable puppy from Rupa Shevde’s newest set from Gina K Designs, “Birthday Bash” just stole my heart.  And how perfect is it that he’s looking at that little cupcake with such hungry eyes.  Hee Hee

 

I started using Pure Luxury Wild Dandelion then a layer of Turquoise Sea.  I added a layer of DP from  Echo Park A Walk In the Park.. LOVE the bright fun colors in this pack.  I stamped my image on White and used my Labels 4 Nestabilities to cut out the image and added some Memento Dandelion around the edges before removing the Nestie.  I found some ribbon in my stash and added it to the middle with a bow using my Bow Easy and adhered my image using Pop Dots.  My little puppy and cupcake were colored using my Copics.  I stamped my sentiment using Vivid Aqua ink. 

 

I hope you’re having a nice day.  It appears we will be watching the basement to make sure we aren’t leaking with all the rain we are having.  Hubby called from the road last night on his way to Indianapolis saying it was hailing so bad trucks were pulling off the road.  I hate when I hear those things… not like I worry about him or anything.  But his infamous comment to me is always.. “Honey, I’m a professional… this is what I do for a living!” LOL  Ya well… I don’t think storms discriminate as to whether he’s driving for 4 years or 40!! First time he’s gone on such a long drive in quite some time so we won’t see him until Friday morning but, as always, he’s REQUIRED to check in when he arrives at his destinations.
