Gina K Technique Blog Hop
Welcome to a fun Gina K Designs Design Team hop!!! Today we are showing techniques of all kinds as featured on Stamp TV. We hope you enjoy hopping through the variety of techniques and are inspired to try something new. If you came her from Valerie Stangle's blog, you're in the right place!!! Wasn't that bleaching technique awesome!!!! Gorgeous card, Valerie!!!
For my card, I used the Emboss Resist Technique. You can find Gina's video on this technique HERE.
My card base is Pure Luxury Heavy Base Weight White and I layered on some Black Onyx and another layer of white. I stamped my image using Versamark and added clear embossing powder. I sponged Memento Tuxedo Black all around the heels and using the clear embossing powder, it made the image white background pop out.
I used the Scallop Square Nestabilities to cut out a piece of the Black Onyx and place them behind my image. I added my sentiment on a Fancy Tag Nestie and added a bit of Memento Tuxedo Black around the edges. I threaded my ribbon through and finished off my card.
If you've lost your trail along the way, you can always start over on Stamp TV's Main Forum. Your next stop in the hop would be at Theresa Momber's blog!! Can't wait to see what wonderful creation she has in store for us!
Enjoy the hop and I hope you find a few techniques you'll want to try. Have a great day! *smile*
