First up...

"Take Note" by Tami Mayberry....

I needed to really really get started on my son's Freshman scrapbook and OMGosh how blessed do I feel that Tami Mayberry came out with just the set to get me rolling!!!  I'm doing a 5 X 7 book for him and this stamp set is PERFECT for what I needed!!! Not to mention the fact that I KNOW I will get tons of use with it in my art journals too!!

I started the first two pages with Pure Luxury Cranberry Tart which is closest to the school maroon color and layered on some Wild Dandelion to stand in as the gold .  Steven and I plan to fill in the "blanks" on these pages soon.  He attended his first Homecoming Dance alone but when I picked him up he was all smiles telling me he had SEVEN dates... since he danced with seven different girls. LOL That page also uses Tami's, "Ticket Trio" stamp set.

On the right page, I made sure Steven gave me his Student ID because it seemed every time I turned around he had to either replace it with a temporary one... cause he'd forget it at home... or, as is evident, he ruined (broke) one and we had to pay for a new one.  Oy!  Boys!  So I've left an area to put excuses he gave me as to why he needed a new ID and what MOM's interpretation is of what really happened. Ha!

Now that I've started the book, I feel good about moving forward!  Tami's sentiments in this set are perfect for HS scrapbooking too!!!

Next up...

"Wicked" by Beth Silaika...

Becky's set is simply adorable and just what you will need for making wonderful treat holders!!!  I definitely will be using it for my daughter's treats for her class.  But today I decided to use it for a card that I'll send to HER on Halloween.  She a true lover of skull & cross bone images so this was perfect for her!

My card base is Pure Luxury Black Onyx layered with some Carnival Green which I embossed using my Cuttlebug Polka Dots folder.  I added a layer of Vibrant Violet and Wild Dandelion. I stamped the cauldron image and sentiment then added the skull and cross bones on a bit more Carnival Green before adding more Black Onyx which I rubbed a bit of white ink around the edges before adhering with Pop Dots.  A bow and a few rhinestone flourishes finish off my "potion" card which I know she will love!!!  :-)

Next...

"You Say Goodbye and I Say Ello" by Becky Oehlers...

OMGosh when I saw Becky's set I IMMEDIATELY thought... Dr. Who!!!! Yep.. my son totally laughed when I showed him MY version of a Dr. Who card using this set!!!  Ha Ha!  Of course, it's a Police Box in the show but Beth's telephone booth was more than enough inspiration for me!!  Ha!

I used Pure Luxury In the Navy card stock for the base with a layer of Little Boy Blue.  I used some White card stock and stamped the pattern image using two shades of Paris Dusk, Summer Sky and the London Fog Memento Ink.    I added another layer of In the Navy and Little Boy Blue card stock then mounted my phone book and "talk bubble" using Pop Dots.  I adhered a few blue Rain Dot Eyelets to add a bit more texture.

There are more adorable images in this set and I can't wait to try using them all!

Now for even  more awesome creations and inspiration, hop with the rest of the Gina K Design Team.

The colors on your Halloween card are unusual - bright and cheery!
And with that phone booth, who can help but give tribute to Dr. Who?
