Gina K November Release Inspiration Hop

The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! To see the full list of winners check the Big News forum at Stamp TV a few days after the hops.  Let's get started...

Oh yes... the set you've will need again and again!! Melanie certainly knew what was missing in our trunk of chests when she created this awesome set of lettes, boxes, circles and numbers!!  Perfect!  I fully intended to simply do one card using this set so I could get all my samples done in time... but alas... nawwww it's FUN!!!! So you can keep your eyes peeled cause there are certainly more cards created with this set coming from me.  :-)

Today I'm sharing one I thought was created in my mind while sleeping! LOL  I couldn't get the hearts out of my mind!!  My card base is Pure Luxury Bubblegum Pink layered with white.  I added the Passionate Pink which I ran through my Cuttlebug using the Heart Block embossing folder.  I fully intended to use my heart punch for this but uhhhh no... it doesn't reach in THAT far on the paper. Ha!  So I used my Xacto knife to cut out the hearts.  I mounted the Passionate Pink with Pop Dots onto the white then stamped my letters inside the hearts.  I punched one white heart to add my 24/7 to the mix beside my flowers with a little bit of Diamond Stickles around the edges.  :-)

Becky's set allows for so many options to these adorable mittens.  It was hard to decide what I wanted to use!!  ;-)  I love all the texture options as well so I decided to do a triple row of texture to give me mittens a full knitted look.

My card began with Pure Luxury Fresh Asparagus layered with Cranberry Tart.  I then used a piece of Kraft which I ran though my Cuttlebug using the Argyle embossing folder.  I used my Spellbinder Oval Nestabilities to cut a piece of Cranberry Tart and White.  I sponged some Tim Holtz Distress Ink, Antique Linen before removing the die on the White card stock.

I stamped my mittens on Grass Green card stock and cut them out before hanging them to a clip I placed on top of the ovals and adding the twine.  NOW I'm feeling "wooly" good!  ;-)

Now check out even more inspiration from the rest of the Design Team:

Remember to leave a comment on each DT members blog for a chance to win a fabulous grab bag full of Gina K Design products!!!  Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the hop!!! *HUGS*
